Big Foot Espresso – Pierce County, Washington – The “drive Thru espresso stand” was a new use not studied before. we developed a trip generation report addressing this new use that was then used for subsequent studies.
East Park – City of Bremerton in Kitsap County, Washington – A redevelopment study was done for the old Naval Reserve area consisting of 238 single family homes and the traffic impact it would have.
The Gorge at George – George Area in Grant County, Washington – A circulation and signage plan was drawn up to help concert goers find their way in and out of the venue.
Harrison Memorial Hospital – Kitsap County, Washington – A transportation planning and impact study for this regional hospital
Dupont Elementary – City of Dupont in Pierce County, Washington – A traffic impact analysis studying three potential sites for a new elementary school to best serve that growing community.
River of Life Fellowship – Kent Area in King County, Wa – A traffic impact analysis and parking study to accommodate the growth of this church.
